To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging (if applicable).
3. Refund and Shipping Charges

If your artwork arrives damaged, is misdescribed or faulty, contact us within 14 days. We’ll refund or replace the piece if possible. Concerning the shipping costs, we will pay them in such a case.
If you change your mind after receiving artwork, let us know within 14 days. Art can be refunded or exchanged by another piece from our collection. In this case you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. We’ll refund or replace the piece after receiving the parcel. Therefore we recommend using a recorded delivery service with proof of postage.
For international orders, in order to claim back any import duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office. If you have any questions, contact us.
You can choose to receive store credit, which can be used on any future purchases with us.
