Skulls
In 2020, I created the first of my skull paintings, the Human gold skull, as part of experimenting with yellows, gold leaf, and 3D acrylic paints with the aim to add warmth to a somewhat haunting topic. Currently, I am working on the second Human skull, which in addition to the gold medium, will also glow in the dark. Naturally, I was interested in painting animal skulls to build up the collection.
